Shipments & Delivery Times
United States orders are free and will be delivered in 3 - 5 business days of order receipt.
If you have any problem with the shipment, contact the shipping company, remember to have the tracking number that is sent via email at hand.
The transport company will make up to two delivery attempts, if a third delivery attempt is needed, the additional cost of shipping will be borne by the customer. If necessary, you can pick up your order at the corresponding shipping office.
Shipping times may vary on holidays where the shipping companies have a lot of demands.

The term to make a change is 15 days from the day the shipment is made, after this time we will not make changes. The shipping costs generated by the change are borne by the customer. (Both going and back).
We do not accept returns, only exchanges for something of the same price after the items are received in good condition.
